And trust me, I have been where you are. In my former company, Portland Garment Factory, we were growing faster than we could keep up with.

That meant that I wore so many hats! As we grew, I did almost every job from payroll, cutting, sourcing materials & assembling sewing machines from parts. I was in high powered meetings with Nike & Michael Jordan (literally!) one minute, and then on the factory floor troubleshooting a machine problem the next. It was nuts!

After burning out and selling my 1/2 of the company, I have developed and trained hundreds of people using the Boss Up method to free themselves from this Entrepreneurial Curse that you have to “do it all” yourself.

Now, I make more money than I ever did at Portland Garment Factory, while working only 20 hours a week (by design), confidently take summers off, and am doing ONLY the parts of the job that light me up!

are there any live calls?

No! If you are here it means you are BUSY. The last thing you need is more things on your calendar. This program is self paced for a reason! You get to implement it on your own time.

Do we have access to you, Rosemary?

There are assignments in the program where I will ask you to DM me on Instagram! These are personal touches that hold you accountable and get personal access to me! There is also an option to add a 1:1 call at the end of the program.
